ETS offers Internet-based testing services. To administer ETS Internet-based tests such as the TOEFL iBT, a
testing centre must become an ETS Certified Test Administration Site (CTAS).  VGC is an official Certified Test
Administration Site (CTAS), a facility approved and authorized by ETS to provide ETS sponsored tests.
